Elizabeth M. Marciano-Mills
Director of Marketing
Ms. Elizabeth Marciano-Mills is the Director of Marketing at Kelmar. Ms. Marciano-Mills holds a Bachelor of Arts from Saint Anselm College and has worked in the field of unclaimed property since 2005.
Ms. Marciano-Mills joined Kelmar in 2013 as the Company’s Marketing Manager, before becoming the Senior Marketing Manager in 2019, prior to taking on the role of Director of Marketing in 2022. As the Director of Marketing, she is responsible for managing Kelmar’s brand identity across print, digital and promotional marketing disciplines. As a central figure in the administration of Kelmar’s brand, Ms. Marciano-Mills routinely consults with the Company’s Executive Management and subject matter experts to ensure all marketing applications reflect the professional objectives of the Company and communicate Kelmar’s experience and expertise in the field of unclaimed property.
Ms. Marciano-Mills oversees strategic planning, development and implementation of marketing initiatives for Kelmar’s various business lines. In this capacity, she works collaboratively with both internal and external resources, including unclaimed property administrators and procurement officials, as well as other industry contacts, consultants and vendors to facilitate effective and consistent communication promoting Kelmar’s service capability. Her duties include coordinating responses to procurement solicitations, developing branded document templates and brochures, maintaining public website, social media, and employee portal content, and managing promotional materials for conferences and trade shows.
Other Experience
Prior to joining Kelmar, Ms. Marciano-Mills held a steady progression of positions and responsibilities in the unclaimed property field before becoming a Proposal Development Specialist. She served as a dedicated resource in proposal development, corporate marketing implementation, and client service support. Working directly with industry leaders, including several NAUPA Lifetime Achievement Award Recipients, Ms. Marciano-Mills gained valuable unclaimed property insight. Throughout that time, Ms. Marciano-Mills provided project management, document management, and administrative support for various business development objectives and client service goals.
